Lowest Price Guarantee – Terms and Conditions

At CheapoTravelPlanner.com, we’re committed to helping you travel for less. That’s why we offer our Lowest Price Guarantee: if you find a qualifying lower airfare within 24 hours of booking with us, we may either match that price or refund the difference. In some cases, we may also offer a travel credit for future bookings.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Lowest Price Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Qualifying Purchase: You must have purchased an airline ticket through CheapoTravelPlanner.com using a valid U.S.-issued credit or debit card with a billing address in the United States.

  2. Identical Itinerary: The lower fare must be for the exact same itinerary—same airline, flight numbers, travel dates, times, cabin class, number of passengers, and fare rules.

  3. Timely Claim: You must contact CheapoTravelPlanner.com Customer Support within 24 hours of completing the original booking. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible.

  4. Minimum Price Difference: The competing fare must be at least $10 lower than the total fare (excluding service and processing fees) paid on CheapoTravelPlanner.com.

  5. Source of Lower Fare: The lower-priced fare must be:

    • Published on a publicly accessible, full-service U.S.-based travel website or airline website, and

    • Available to book online without membership, coupon codes, or special access.

  6. Verification Required: A travel agent will verify the availability and accuracy of the lower fare. If the claim is approved, we will:

    • Rebook your reservation at the lower rate (subject to availability), or

Exclusions

The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Tickets where carrier or itinerary details are hidden until after purchase (“opaque fares”).

  • Group rates, corporate discounts, loyalty programs, reward fares, or unpublished fares (e.g., consolidator, military, or government rates).

  • Fares found on websites that require phone calls, promo codes, email offers, or auctions.

  • Differences related to service, booking, or other non-ticket fees.

  • Refunded or cancelled bookings. If your original booking is refunded or canceled within 48 hours, the claim or any associated coupon becomes void.

Coupon Terms

If a coupon is issued as part of your approved claim:

  • Valid only for use on CheapoTravelPlanner.com toward future service fees.

  • Must be used within 12 months of the issue date.

  • Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

  • Only one coupon will be issued per qualifying reservation, regardless of the number of tickets.

  • A maximum of three (3) coupons per customer per calendar year may be issued under this program.

To redeem your coupon, complete a new booking on CheapoTravelPlanner.com and contact our support team with:

  • Your new booking reference number

  • The email address used for your account

  • The coupon code and coupon amount

Changes & Termination

CheapoTravelPlanner.com reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on our website. If the program is terminated, previously issued coupons will remain valid until their stated expiration dates.
